Long Beach Island’s premier charter fishing service. We are pleased to introduce our newest vessel, Benita J. Custom built on the coast of Maine in 2019, she is a true downeast style sport fisherman. Benita J is equipped with all of the latest marine electronics and has powerful Volvo 670hp diesel engine which provides a 24 knot cruise.

The boat also has a full private head, Sirius Satellite Radio, full galley, bunks, and plenty of room to accommodate up to six passengers. Our goal is provide each and every client with a “wicked” fishing experience, while riding in stability and comfort.

Captain Dave’s Charters offers inshore and offshore sport fishing trips from Beach Haven, NJ for the professional to the novice fisherman. Inshore trips vary from striped bass fishing to drift fishing the reefs for summer flounder and sea bass. We may venture out 10 miles from the coast, depending on where the bite is that day. Offshore canyon trips from Beach Haven vary from a day troll to an overnighter.

Big-Eye Tuna – Yellowfin Tuna – Albacore Tuna – Bluefin Tuna – Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) – White Marlin – Blue Marlin  and Wahoo.
