The captains of the Beach Haven Charter Fishing Association have been enjoying solid fishing catches recently despite some severe weather that shortened a few fishing days. Coming across the rails has been an assortment of fish including tuna, tilefish, mahi-mahi, fluke, bluefish, weakfish, and others.
But there is more to the fleet of boats of the BHCFA than fishing in the bays and oceans. Some of the boats and captains are geared to deliver enjoyable boating experiences to folks interested in sight seeing, partying on the water, and just relaxing. These three vessels leave the dock with the express desire to provide a wonderful time on the water.
The most impressive of these pleasure craft may very well be the “Black Pearl Pirate Ship.” Captain Fran Camarda offers a variety of fantastic boating experiences including interactive pirate-themed tours, sunset cruises, and even private charters for special occasions. Children especially enjoy the chance to be a pirate on the water.
Folks ready to party will want to check out Beach Haven’s “SBB Tiki Bar Boat”. Captain Steve Palmer’s brand new, thatched roof Tiki Boat includes a beautiful bar, incredible sound system, lighting, bathroom facility and more. “SBB Tiki Boat” provides a great venue for special occasions as it cruises around the area.
